Are you looking for a photo studio rental in Paris that doesn’t require you to visit three times or rent a lighting truck in addition to the studio space? Here’s exactly how it works with us.
Available spaces: large vintage set and white cyclorama photo studio rental in Paris
What makes all the difference here is that you're not confined to a single setting. A photo studio for rent in Paris usually consists of four walls and a backdrop. We offer two different settings at the same location, and you can choose one—or take both.
The Grand Plateau, our flagship space.
A one-of-a-kind vintage setting: raw materials, generous proportions, and an authentic workshop patina.
This is the space we recomman for editorial shoots, soulful portraits, music videos, and advertising campaigns. Area: 80 m². Ceiling height: 3.20 m.

Featuring a weathered wooden floor and 14 meters of glass bay windows, bathed in natural light
The white cyclorama studio: more compact, more neutral. Here, nothing distracts from your subject—just clean white walls, a pristine floor, 50 m², and a 3 m ceiling height. This is the white background studio in Paris we open for packshots, still life, e-commerce visuals, and portfolios.
Both studios can be booked separately or together. If you're unsure which one suits your project, just describe it to us by email. We’ll advise you on the best fit—no upselling to the larger space

Equipment and Lighting: What’s Included, What’s Extra
Let’s be clear upfront: we don’t charge per light stand. This is a professional photo studio in Paris where you can arrive with just your camera and get to work.
Lighting: Studio strobes and continuous lights. For exact models and power specs, check each studio’s page on our website.
Modifiers: Beauty dishes, softboxes, umbrellas, honeycomb grids.
Supports: Light stands, background stands, booms, reflectors, flags, clamps.
Accessories: Color gels, sandbags, tables, etc.
Included depending on the package: 3 light sources (Flash or LED).
Two technical notes to simplify post-production:
Studio flash operates at around 5,000–5,600 K, almost identical to daylight, with a stable color temperature even when adjusting power.
Continuous lighting (LED) is often adjustable from 3,200 to 5,600 K, depending on the model.
In practice: Set your white balance to daylight, and your files will stay consistent from shot to shot.
Self-Service or Assisted?
The studio is designed for self-service use in Paris: you arrive, we show you the electrical panel, storage, and you’re ready to work.
If you’d prefer support—such as set installation, lighting setup, or advance preparation—let us know when booking. Assistance services are available upon request and quoted separately.
Backdrops: Paper, Fabric, and Cyclorama
Three types, three uses.
Paper: The classic—cut and replaced when marked (e.g., scuffed). Available in 2.72m widths, with colors in stock or by prior request. €40 per scuffed length (2 linear meters)
Fabric: Matte finish, slower to set up, but unmatched for avoiding reflections on glossy surfaces
Cyclorama: A seamless backdrop that curves from floor to wall, eliminating visible angles for an infinite, horizon-free effect. This alone justifies booking a white cyclorama studio in Paris over shooting against a plain wall

What We Shoot Here: Portraits, Fashion, E-Commerce, Video, Podcasts
The list is long, but they all share one thing: projects that demand space and controlled lighting.
Portraits & Portfolios: Actors, dancers, authors, executives. The Grand Plateau for character, the white cyclorama studio for the neutral backgrounds required by castings.
Fashion Photography in Paris: Lookbooks, editorials, fittings, pre-collection prep before Fashion Week. This is our most frequent use—and where the vintage studio truly shines.
E-Commerce & Packshots: Catalogs, new releases, still life for jewelry or accessories. The white studio, two flashes, one backdrop—done.
Video: Interviews, music videos, live captures. Video equipment, continuous lighting, and projectors available upon request.
Podcasts: Recording in a quiet environment—though our studios are not soundproofed.
Masterclasses, Showrooms, Prep Work: The space quickly transforms into a classroom, demo area, or product presentation setup.
For a full photo and video studio session in Paris, the advantage is clear: no need to move between sets. Just light, shoot, and switch to the next setup.
Rental Options: Half-Day or Full Day
We offer block bookings for the cyclorama and a minimum of 2 hours for the vintage Grand Plateau.
Half-Day: 5 hours: Grand Plateau: €450 (excl. VAT), Cyclorama: €500 (excl. VAT)
Full Day: Grand Plateau: €880 (excl. VAT), Cyclorama: €1,000 (excl. VAT)
Evening, Weekend, and Holidays: +50% surcharge for professionals.
Discounts: Available for bookings of 3 days or more.
A budget-friendly photo studio in Paris isn’t just about the price—it’s about what’s included: lighting, backdrops, accessories, and setup time. That’s where the real differences lie.
Additional equipment (lenses, extra lights, sound gear) can be added to your package for on-site use only.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to rent a photo studio in Paris from you?
Flat rates apply regardless of the production; lighting and backdrops are included depending on the package. Evening, weekend, and holiday time slots follow a separate pricing schedule. A detailed quote is provided based on a description of the project.
Is lighting equipment included in the rental?
Yes, a basic set of lighting equipment and stands is provided: flashes, continuous lights, stands, light modifiers, and reflectors. Three lights are included with their stands and light modifiers of your choice. You can also bring your own equipment: the studio is powered and secured for that purpose.
