What equipment is included with the studio rental?

For the large tray:
3 light sources are included,
 
For the white studio:
2 light sources are included,
 
All packages include stands, extensions, batteries, shapers, studio fan and all accessories present in the studio (reflectors, clamps, gaffer tape, etc.)
 
For your comfort, a Bluetooth speaker, a hair dryer, a GHD straightener, a steamer and hot drinks are included.

Question 2

Which services have an additional cost?

Accepted Answer

The studio provides you with equipment, the use of which involves an additional cost:
 
- Additional light sources: each source is €50 including tax per rental (maximum 1 day of 10 hours), within the limit of the number of sources available in the studio.
 
- 1 BenQ 27" screen with cap (€50 incl. tax/rental)
 
- Paper backgrounds: trampled or damaged are billed at €20 including tax/linear meter, allow 2m per color unrolled on the ground for traditional use.

- 2 painted canvases serving as a background:
- at the studio: each at €200 excluding tax/rental (maximum 1 day of 10 hours)
- outdoors: each at €500 excluding tax/rental (maximum 1 day of 24 hours), with a deposit of €2000 + identity document and Kbis or proof of address
 
You can also benefit from an assistant for your shooting:
- Assistant 1/2 day: €250 incl. tax (from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. or from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.)

Question 3

How is the time spent on the plateau calculated?

Accepted Answer

Your reservation starts from the time you have chosen, even if your arrival is later.
It ends at the time validated for your end of reservation and is understood as "tray put away". The time taken to put away the tray must therefore be included in your reservation slot.
 
Overtime is billed at €100 incl. tax/hour.

Question 4

Can I book a tray directly from the site?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can directly book the plateau of your choice by going to the "Grand Plateau" or "Studio Blanc" page of the "Reservation" tab of the menu.
 
You will find the availability calendar for the plateau there:
- in blue the slots already taken, in white the free slots
- go to the calendar page for your desired date by navigating the arrows at the top of the calendar

How to reserve a tray for a desired time slot?

Accepted Answer

Go to the “Grand Plateau” or “Studio Blanc” page of the “Reservation” tab of the menu, depending on the chosen plateau.
The interactive calendar of the plateau's availability appears:
The slots in white are free, those in blue are already taken.
 
1) Navigate the interactive calendar using the “week” or “month” arrows located at the top left until you reach the date of your choice.
2) Then click on the desired date, a pop-up window appears, fill in the start and end times of your session, the amount of your rental is updated.
3) Click on the "save" button at the bottom of the pop-up window, a summary is displayed.
4) To confirm your reservation, click on "pay" - you are redirected to the PayPal interface
- you can choose to pay by credit card without going through PayPal.

Question 6

How do I definitively validate my reservation?

Accepted Answer

To firmly book your rental slot, you are required to pay for it in advance.
 
You can use our booking calendar or
contact us by email, SMS or phone call reminding us of the requested days and times.
We will then send you an online credit card payment link or the studio's bank details to finalize your reservation.

I would like a quote, who should I contact?

You can send us an email via the contact form,
or directly at contact@latelierphotostudio.com
by specifying all the services you want.
 
We will respond to you as soon as possible.

Question 8

How do I cancel my reservation, will I be refunded?

Accepted Answer

Uncompleted rentals are not refunded. We offer you their free postponement within 30 days following the date initially planned, subject to availability of the studios.

Question 9

I am a student or a young photographer, I want to rent for a Test, am I entitled to a special rate?

Accepted Answer

We are committed to helping students and young photographers carry out their personal projects,
The 7 p.m.-11 p.m. and weekend slots are reserved for them, at preferential rates, €80 incl. tax/hour for weekday evenings and weekends, minimum 2 hours.
 
Decreasing rate for a greater number of hours,
